Adecco is recruiting for a
Brand Manager
to support the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives for a globally recognized
premium single malt Scotch whisky brand . This role is responsible for supporting brand plan development, campaign execution, and innovation launches while helping drive long-term brand equity and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will bring experience within
wine and spirits or premium beverage alcohol , along with strong commercial acumen, analytical capabilities, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. This individual will operate with a “general manager” mentality—owning projects end-to-end, balancing strategy with execution, and working cross-functionally to bring brand initiatives to market. This role requires someone who is highly organized, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and comfortable working closely with field teams, agencies, and global stakeholders to execute impactful consumer and trade marketing programs. This is a temporary position to cover for a leave of absence. Key Responsibilities Support development and execution of the annual brand strategy and operating plan for a leading premium single malt whisky. Contribute to breakthrough, consumer-centric marketing programs that build brand equity and drive long-term growth. Develop campaign playbooks and presentations to support upcoming marketing initiatives and launches. Lead projects supporting new campaign launches, product innovations, and national marketing initiatives. Work closely with field marketing and sales teams to execute programs including
sampling initiatives, distributor kick-offs, and trade marketing activations . Develop sales presentations and materials to educate and equip field teams on new product launches and brand initiatives. Partner with global brand teams, agencies, field marketing, sales, consumer insights, and trade marketing to deliver integrated brand programs. Coordinate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution across digital, retail, and on/off-premise channels. Monitor brand performance through
Nielsen reporting, market data, and consumer insights , identifying opportunities and potential risks. Analyze category and competitor trends to inform brand strategy and campaign optimization. Develop dashboards and reporting in
Power BI
to track campaign performance and business results. Own project timelines, trackers, and documentation to ensure flawless execution of brand initiatives. Support budget tracking and financial accountability, including managing
purchase orders and A&P budgets . Work closely with internal partners to maintain fiscal responsibility and measure ROI of marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 4+ years of marketing experience , preferably within
wine & spirits, beverage alcohol, or premium CPG brands . Experience working with
Nielsen data, Power BI, and performance analytics . Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end in a
matrixed organization . Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience building strategic decks and campaign playbooks. Experience working with field sales teams and supporting distributor or trade marketing programs. Highly proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
