
Professional Aesthetic Liaison, Inside Sales

Job Summary
As a key member of a high-volume, fast-paced Inside Sales team, the Professional Aesthetics Liaison (PAL) plays a pivotal role in driving growth and supporting the success of theRevanceAesthetics portfolio. Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the PAL operates with a sales-driven, process-oriented mindset, consistently delivering strong results, adapting quickly to change, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
The PAL partners closely with field-based Professional Aesthetic Consultants (PACs), Regional Directors, and Customer Success to generate new business, strengthen existing accounts, and own a defined book of business. This hybrid sales role leverages phone, email, and virtual meetings to build strong customer relationships and support the overall commercial strategy.

Responsibilities / Essential Duties
Collaborate with the Field:
Work in close partnership with the Regional Sales Director and Professional Aesthetics Consultants within the region to which you are assigned. Align efforts, share insights, remain agile with shifting priorities, and drive regional success in a dynamic environment.
Own Your Business:
Manage and grow a robust book of business, maintaining high levels of customer engagement and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Demonstrate a disciplined, process-driven approach to account management and revenue growth.
Drive New Business:
Proactively identify, contact, and convert leads into new accounts through high-volume outbound calling, email outreach, social media, and virtual meetings. Maintain a competitive, money-motivated mindset focused on consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
Lead Qualification & Conversion:
Follow up on inbound leads and perform strategic cold calling to engage key decision makers, expand market presence, and promote the Revance Aesthetics portfolio. Execute a structured, repeatable qualification process to maintain a healthy pipeline.
Consistent Performance:
Meet or exceed daily activity metrics, sales targets, and productivity standards. Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and strong drive for achievement within a fast-paced inside sales environment.
Customer Engagement:
Deliver exceptional service and support during every customer interaction—fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term growth. Act as a consultative partner to help customers succeed with the portfolio.
Administrative Excellence:
Complete all required training, account documentation, CRM updates, and administrative tasks accurately, consistently, and on time. Maintain a process-oriented approach to ensure operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Support:
Serve as a key liaison between internal departments to help resolve issues, maintain customer satisfaction, and reinforce a seamless customer experience.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and B2B experience
Minimum 1 year of tele-sales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and B2B experience
Minimum 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience required; high-volume sales environment experience preferred
Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales preferred
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-changing, goal-driven environment
Highly competitive, financially motivated, and committed to exceeding performance expectations
Proficient in CRM platforms for tracking, prospecting, and customer engagement
