Overview
Payrate: $51.00 - $53.00/hr. Summary: The successful candidate will support the scientific review of promotional and non-promotional content. Additional responsibilities may include developing scientific disease-state or product medical communication content, such as slide decks, clinical/scientific FAQs, and medical information letters for the Rare Disease Scientific Communications team. Conduct scientific review of promotional and non-promotional content. Understand the US regulatory landscape and apply expertise to develop and review scientific resources. Deliver innovative scientific and medical content, including DSE/digital/MSL materials, FAQs, and Medical Information Letters. Qualifications
Doctorate degree, or a Master’s degree with 3 years of clinical, academic, or industry experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of clinical, academic, or industry experience. Desired Skills
PharmD, PhD, MD, or DO with one or more years of relevant experience in clinical research, patient care, Medical/Scientific Affairs, and/or basic research (other doctorate degrees may be considered). Experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Development within the biopharmaceutical industry, and/or clinical or research experience in neurology and/or rheumatology. Understanding of the pharmaceutical commercialization process and knowledge of the regulatory and legal guidelines affecting the promotion of prescription products. Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational, time management, and project planning skills with a strong ability for self-direction. Understanding of disease landscape and clinical data to enable critical analysis of scientific literature and communicate implications cross-functionally. Strong computer and database skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products. Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $51.00 - $53.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
