Support State Manager in executing state strategies through financial planning, rate reviews, and market development initiatives Prepare and analyze reports on product performance, pricing, underwriting trends, and market dynamics Develop planning documents and review materials for state performance meetings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in insurance, actuarial science, mathematics, risk management, economics, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred Six years of experience in underwriting or product preferred Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytical tools and data analysis Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Knowledge of core business functions, commercial lines insurance products, and state regulations Preferred Qualifications
