Description Our client, a fast‑growing ecommerce division within a stable specialty hardware products company, is looking for a hands‑on marketer to own email lifecycle strategy and execution near Kansas City, MO. You’ll build, launch and optimize campaigns, flows, and segmentation that directly drive revenue and repeat purchases. This role is perfect for someone who loves working inside platforms, testing ideas, and turning data into performance wins. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Sales, but you’ll personally run the day-to-day execution – giving you autonomy, visibility to leadership, and the ability to directly influence revenue growth within a stable, growing organization. Responsibilities

Own email marketing strategy, automation, campaigns, QA, deployment and optimization Build and refine lifecycle flows (welcome, post-purchase, winback, reactivation) Improve segmentation, deliverability, and list hygiene to increase engagement and revenue Run A/B tests across subject lines, creative, CTAs, and cadence; translate results into next steps Manage updates in the ecommerce CMS (products, landing pages, promotions) Partner with Creative to develop email and ecommerce assets Support merchandising and promotional calendars with timely campaign execution Execute SEO basics: keyword tracking, on-page updates, and content optimization Monitor search performance and provide recommendations that support organic growth Build dashboards and reports; translate data into actionable insights Track spend and advise on budget allocation based on performance trends Partner with Sales on B2B campaigns and enablement materials Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals Maintain compliance with privacy, data, and email regulations Qualifications

2+ years in digital marketing or ecommerce demand generation experience required 2+ years of email lifecycle marketing experience required Experience managing ecommerce CMS platforms (BigCommerce/Shopify/Magento) required Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools, and MS Office (Excel basics) required
