Product Marketing Manager (Mfg or Construction exp req) Description Our client in the perimeter security manufacturing space is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to add to their team in the Dallas, TX area. In this role, you’ll own the go-to-market strategy and day-to-day execution for a portfolio of perimeter security products used across sectors like education, energy, and data centers. Your goal will be to translate technical product capabilities into clear value stories, support Sales with tools and insights, and lead launches, campaigns, and trade show strategy. You will often operate as a one‑person marketing function locally, with support available at the broader group level. Ideal candidates will know how to listen to customers, pull insights from Sales, and convert that input into practical content updates for catalogs, website content, sales tools/materials, and launch plans. To succeed, you’ll need strong prioritization, comfort operating with autonomy, and the ability to measure what’s working and adjust quickly. This is an exciting opportunity to have visible ownership where your work will shape how the market understands the products, and how the business targets growth.

Product Marketing Manager (Mfg or Construction exp req) Responsibilities

Develop and execute product marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals

Translate technical features into clear customer value propositions

Develop product positioning, messaging, and value stories for key segments

Lead product launches with defined messaging and timelines

Partner with Sales to create tools, case studies, and training materials

Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform positioning

Coordinate trade shows and field marketing initiatives

Update website and catalog content based on Sales insights

Track campaign performance and report on marketing ROI

Support distributor enablement and partner program initiatives

Product Marketing Manager (Mfg or Construction exp req) Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

5+ years of B2B product marketing experience required

4+ years of manufacturing/construction/security industry experience required

3+ years of managing product launches and go-to-market experience required

CRM and marketing automation tools experience required
