Our client, a large public-sector organization focused on energy innovation and sustainability initiatives across New York State, is seeking a

Project Manager to support its Corporate Marketing team . This role will play a key part in coordinating marketing initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and helping deliver campaigns and communications that reach diverse audiences across the state. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where multiple marketing initiatives are managed simultaneously. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage marketing-related projects across multiple internal teams and external vendors Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure successful execution Create, organize, and maintain project documentation including tasks, deliverables, budgets, and schedules Attend project meetings and document key decisions, next steps, and action items Build and manage tasks within project management software and assign responsibilities across teams Provide regular status updates and project communications to stakeholders Support marketing reporting efforts by gathering and organizing campaign data and performance metrics Ensure quality control of marketing assets and approvals across stakeholders Coordinate deliverables with internal creative teams and external marketing agencies Required Qualifications

Degree concentration in marketing, communications, writing, or a related field preferred 3–6 years of project management or marketing project coordination experience Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple moving parts in a deadline-driven environment Preferred Experience

Experience supporting marketing teams or coordinating marketing campaigns Familiarity with marketing workflows and deliverables such as digital content, creative assets, and media campaigns Experience coordinating with marketing agencies or external vendors Ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and assist with reporting Technical Skills
