What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
Ability to provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens
Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Strong communication skills adaptable to various styles

Experience in a virtual work environment
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Familiarity with HSN computer system requirements
