What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist Spanish and English-speaking customers with inquiries and issues
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls while maintaining quality service
Promote additional products during customer interactions to enhance sales
Personalize customer experiences by addressing individual needs and questions
Manage tasks such as confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
Ability to provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
Proficient in navigating multiple systems and screens
Strong communication skills adaptable to various styles
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in a virtual environment
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently, with IT support as necessary
