motivated Apartment Leasing Consultant
to join the team at
Terraces at Summerville
in Augusta, GA.

$18 per hour + monthly leasing commissions
3 weeks PTO starting your first year

What You’ll Do
Greet prospective residents and
conduct apartment tours
Follow up with leads from
phone, email, and online inquiries
Process applications and
assist with lease signings
Maintain organized leasing records and guest cards
Ensure
model apartments and amenities are tour-ready
Support marketing efforts and resident engagement events
Deliver excellent service to residents and prospects
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Leasing, retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using computers and property management software
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to
work Saturdays
