Convert tours into
signed leases and move-ins
Maintain leasing records and CRM updates
Prepare model apartments and ensure strong curb appeal
Assist with marketing efforts, including
social media and outreach
Provide outstanding service to
current and future residents
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
2yrs
Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience required
Strong communication and computer skills
Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude
Ability to work
Saturdays as part of the leasing schedule
