You'll use creative problem-solving skills to evaluate potential candidates and ensure we place the right people in the right positions. Foot Locker is looking for an experienced, creative and forward-thinking Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will provide a high level of communication as a consultative partner to hiring managers and drive our full life cycle process. You will actively engage and attract top talent with an authentic and service-oriented focus and demonstrate expertise in research to create active and passive candidate attraction strategies.

Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment journey for assigned positions – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, pre-closing candidates and helping them through to the acceptance of the offer.
Be the liaison between internal stakeholders and candidates, interpreting the true needs of the business while driving an efficient recruitment process to support sound hiring decisions.
Create tailored sourcing strategies for each role and adjust them as the recruitment process progresses.
Build candidate pipelines from diverse channels while maintaining high assessment standards.
Coordinate scheduling to create a positive candidate experience with guidance, dependability and trust.
Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
Keep abreast of competitor intelligence, trends in the employment market, and new recruitment tools and technologies.
Optimize job postings and leverage brand identity to generate interest and promote our culture.
Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and evaluate data to report on recruiting metrics.
Maintain data integrity and follow compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle corporate recruitment experience, preferably for corporate roles in Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, HR, etc.
Agency experience is a plus but must have corporate experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Ability to follow process, collaborate, negotiate and influence at all levels.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, keeping all stakeholders up to date on requisitions – Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates.
Innovative and curious approach to solving problems; able to identify root causes and drive improvement.
Experience researching and executing recruitment strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, social media, blogs, diversity groups).
Experience using an ATS and working with metrics to meet goals. iCIMS experience is a plus.
Knowledge of the labor market and competitive landscape, including salary structures, with ability to diagnose trends and measure recruiting/sourcing performance.
Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work as an independent, self-motivated recruiter with integrity and sound business judgment.
Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations, and ability to maintain safeguards of confidential company information.

Benefits The annual base salary range is $75,000-$100,000. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the following:
