Senior Corporate Recruiter (On-Site)
Location: On-site | Spartanburg, SC We're seeking a seasoned Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site and play a key role in attracting top-tier talent. This full-time, in-office position offers direct exposure to technology and business leaders, fostering strong collaboration and impact. What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open requisitions that you are responsible for. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, priorities, and long-term talent goals. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates. Screen and evaluate candidates for cultural alignment. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Maintain accurate, timely data and notes in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting our values and culture throughout the recruiting process. What We're Looking For
10+ years of recruiting experience. Proven success recruiting for roles across varying levels of seniorityfrom individual contributors to senior leaders. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub. Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills.
