About the Role
Reclaim Construction, a 360 Fire & Flood company, is a rapidly growing commercial construction company that specializes in commercial roofing and CAPEX projects, headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, seeking an experienced, hands-on Construction Superintendent to lead high-profile commercial roofing projects across the country. This is a field-based leadership position that demands technical mastery, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver exceptional results while traveling extensively. If you thrive on solving problems on the spot, communicating clearly at every level, and taking full ownership of complex roofing projects, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site operations for commercial roofing projects involving both flat roof systems (TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, PVC, built-up) and steep roof systems (metal, tile, shingle, slate), ensuring every installation meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications, industry standards, and project requirements. Manage full project lifecycle on-site, including crew scheduling, material procurement, equipment utilization, and daily progress tracking for projects ranging from standard roofing to larger CAPEX initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact and maintain clear, professional communication with subcontractors, clients, property managers, building owners, vendors, and internal teams to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed. Collaborate daily with building inspectors, estimators, project managers, and safety personnel to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Identify potential issues early, develop proactive solutions, and implement corrective actions without escalating routine problems to senior leadership—bring solutions, not just issues. Maintain meticulous project documentation, daily reports, photos, punch lists, and as-built records to support accurate billing, warranty compliance, and seamless project closeout. Travel and live on-site across the United States for extended periods (weeks to months) as required by project demands, while still based out of our Carrollton, Texas headquarters. Oversee job-site safety programs, enforce company safety policies, and maintain a zero-incident mindset on every project. Support the estimating team with on-site takeoffs and scope validation when needed, and provide feedback to improve future bids and processes. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience successfully running commercial roofing projects as a Construction Superintendent or equivalent field leadership role. Extensive, hands-on knowledge of both flat roof systems and steep roof systems, including installation techniques, troubleshooting, warranty requirements, and material specifications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—able to build strong working relationships with subcontractors, clients, property managers, and vendors. Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think critically and resolve challenges independently. Proficient in reading and understanding engineering details. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness/ability to travel nationally for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs when required. What We Offer
