Our Sales Manager Training Program is designed to prepare driven individuals for management while building a successful career in sales and design. Provide exceptional customer service and design guidance Meet and exceed sales goals Assist customers with purchasing decisions, financing, and protection plans Coordinate with delivery and operations teams Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom Participate in leadership development and training Our Commitment to Faith and Inclusion
