Responsibilities
Prepare, revise, and file legal documents, certificates, statements, and amendments related to real estate transactions
Form limited liability companies and other business entities
Conduct UCC and related searches supporting transactional due diligence
Prepare and manage closing checklists and transaction documentation from LOI through closing binders
Review and summarize title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
Assist with preparation of closing statements and transaction documentation
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and transactional documentation with attorneys and stakeholders
Qualifications
3+ years of experience supporting transactional, real estate or commercial transactions
Ability to manage closing documentation and transaction checklists through the full deal lifecycle
Experience reviewing title commitments and surveys
Familiarity with UCC searches and entity formation
Experience with Landtech or similar real estate closing software
Strong ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple transaction deadlines
