AR Collections Specialist Pay:
$23 - $26 per hour Benefits:
This role is eligible for medical, dental, 401k and long term disability. Responsibilities
Perform collections activities through phone calls and email communication Gather payment updates and customer feedback for weekly reporting to executive leadership Process customer payments, including cash, ACH, and checks Apply payments accurately to the appropriate invoices Manage and track lien documentation and processes Process and review customer credit applications Collect and track prepayments from one-time customers and monitor for status updates Set up new customer accounts in the system Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 3+ years of collections experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills Equal Employment Opportunity
