Overview We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our offices in Baltimore, Hackensack, New York City, or Wilmington. In this role, you will assist attorneys with a variety of corporate matters and transactions while supporting the team with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with corporate matters and transactional work.
Provide support related to governance, business planning, financial matters, and transactional practice.
Maintain strong organization of documents and information.
Prioritize tasks effectively while working in a collaborative team environment.
Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to support daily work and documentation needs.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in governance, business planning, financial, and transactional practice.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required.
