Corporate Paralegal
to support attorneys with corporate matters and transactional work. This role involves assisting with corporate governance, business planning activities, and financial and transactional documentation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with corporate governance matters, including entity formation, maintenance, and compliance.
Support corporate transactions by preparing, reviewing, and organizing transactional documents.
Maintain corporate records, minute books, and related governance documentation.
Coordinate documentation related to business planning and financial transactions.
Conduct corporate and legal record research when required.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and legal documentation for attorneys and clients.
Ensure proper organization and maintenance of corporate records and files.
Work collaboratively with attorneys and internal teams to support corporate matters and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Minimum
5+ years of experience
as a Corporate Paralegal, preferably within a law firm environment.
Experience supporting
corporate governance, business planning, and transactional matters .
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to
prioritize multiple assignments .
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills .
Proficiency in
Microsoft Word and Excel .
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
required.
