Brings 5+ years of experience in corporate governance, business planning, or transactional practice. Thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑intense environment, juggling multiple priorities with confidence. Communicates with clarity, poise, and professionalism. Has experience using Microsoft Word and Excel to streamline workflow and elevate output.
