Take ownership of drafting, organizing, and maintaining essential corporate documents that fuel fast‑moving transactions. Play a central role in due diligence, closing coordination, and multi‑step deal management. Leverage strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills to produce polished, accurate, and strategically important corporate paperwork. Profile
Brings 5+ years of experience in corporate governance, business planning, or transactional practice. Thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑intense environment, juggling multiple priorities with confidence. Communicates with clarity, poise, and professionalism. Has experience using Microsoft Word and Excel to streamline workflow and elevate output. Holds a degree and/or paralegal certificate and carries themselves as a trusted, proactive partner to the legal team. Job Offer
