This on-site role oversees day-to-day property operations, manages tenant relations, coordinates maintenance and repairs, and ensures compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities also include rent collection, lease administration, property inspections, and budgeting to streamline property performance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, maintenance coordination, and property inspections.
Proficiency in tenant relations, conflict resolution, and customer service to ensure positive resident experiences.
Practical knowledge of lease administration, budgeting, and rent collection.
Familiarity with property management software and tools.
Ability to ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain accurate property records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with tenants, team members, and property owners.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous property management experience and a real estate license are a plus.
