The base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.As a candidate, you are encouraged to ask compensation related questions and have an open dialogue with your recruiter who can provide you more specific details for this role.**Job Description:**The Associate role will help support the Healthcare Equity Sales desk in New York City and is integral to the growth of the TD Cowen franchise by helping manage client relationships and delivering the firm's resources to institutional investors.The position will support the Equity Sales team in the day-to-day coverage of buyside clients, helping build and strengthen client relationships, while also contributing to daily research write-ups including ad-hoc market commentary in response to market-moving events, and commentary from sell side events and/or conferences. This is a highly collaborative role, which will partner with internal stakeholders in Sales as well as Research, Trading, Capital Markets, Banking, Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, and Fixed Income. Responsible for keeping abreast of market news and flows, as well as organizing and hosting analyst and company meetings.
