We\'re seeking an

Enterprise Account Manager

to lead some of our most important enterprise relationships in the Greater Chicago area. You\'ll partner with customers across industries like finance, manufacturing, and services to drive transformation and long-term growth with HPE\'s portfolio. What you\'ll do

Manage 1–many enterprise accounts in the Chicagoland region, with accountability for revenue growth and profitability. Turn customers\' business challenges into technology roadmaps, mapping HPE solutions directly to KPIs and outcomes. Build and manage a robust pipeline, leading multi-disciplinary teams and partners to qualify, advance, and close deals. Establish and run structured account governance with both customers and internal stakeholders. Stay on top of market and IT trends, and bring fresh insight and perspective to your customers. What you\'ll bring

4–8+ years of B2B sales experience; enterprise/strategic account management highly valued. Background in IT or selling into technology-centric buying centers. Strong financial and business acumen—you\'re comfortable working with data, forecasts, and business cases. Proven ability to build trust with mid- and senior-level decision makers and to influence complex stakeholder groups. A results-oriented, resilient approach and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Actual offer may vary by location and experience. United States: Annual Salary USD 146,000 - 343,000 in Illinois. This range reflects the minimum to maximum combined base and target-level sales compensation that would be paid if the hire performs at 100% of their sales plan, with base/target mix of 60%/40%.
