Produce Sales Specialist

The Product Sales Support Specialist serves as a key liaison between Sales, Planning Analysts, Category Management, and external partners such as brokers and vendor representatives. This role is responsible for resolving customer-related inquiries, facilitating cross-functional communication, and supporting product-related processes to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Act as the primary contact for Sales regarding supply-related inquiries. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Category Management, and external vendors to resolve product and supply issues. Communicate product-related information across internal departments and external contacts. Manage and resolve inquiries submitted through CRM technology, including product availability, pricing, specifications, and nutritional data. Collect and verify product specification data to support the creation of new product item codes. Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or sales support, or 5 years of relevant industry experience. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and external vendors is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset. Proven ability to meet performance goals and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary of $65,000 to $75,000 with annual bonus potential depending on competency, experience, qualifications and skills. Shamrock anticipates closing the application window for this job opportunity on or before December 31, 2026
