Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts receivable aging reports
Reconcile monthly customer statements and credits
Identify credit risk accounts daily and initiate aggressive collection efforts
Regularly contact customers to follow up on account status and past-due balances, documenting all activity in the database
Prepare detailed portfolio reports as requested by management
Requirements
Associate degree or minimum of 4 years of industry-related collections experience
Accounts Receivable experience required
Strong understanding of payment processing, invoicing, and A/R reporting
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
