Overview
Step into the innovative world of LG Electronics. This internship program offers hands-on experience in a global technology company with a focus on Home Solution Sales Management. The program is 9 weeks long, supports an individual strategic project, and culminates in a presentation.
Position LG Sales Account Internship (Undergraduate, 2026) – 9 weeks
Location & Schedule The internship is based in the office (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) at LG Electronics Campus (HQ) in Bloomington, MN.
Compensation Hourly rate: $25.00
Responsibilities
Hands-on exposure to consumer electronics sales, retail execution, and business operation across multiple product categories: TVs, Computing and Home Appliances
Gain practical experience in a fast-paced retail partnership environment while supporting key business initiatives, analytics, and day-to-day operational needs
Conduct weekly competitive analysis across assigned product categories
Support promotional planning and after-action performance reviews
Assist with SKU creation, pricing setup, and submission process
Review and track Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and promotional investments
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office products
Support Sales and Operational reporting for internal and retail stakeholders
Assist with general office coordination and administrative support
Provide ad hoc analytical and project support as needed
Qualifications
Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college/university
Rising Sophomore or Rising Junior in a business, data, or analytics-related major is preferred
Advanced skills in quantitative data analysis and proficiency in Excel for creating charts and infographics
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google, Teams, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-based drawing tools for visualizing ideas
Strong interest in diverse generations and cultures, particularly related to food lifestyles in both the U.S. and Korea
Curiosity and enthusiasm for customer observation, ability to extract meaningful insights, and strong communication skills
Design thinking mindset with the ability to approach and solve problems creatively
Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
Recruiting Range $25 – $28 USD
