Overview
Sales Coordinator – Hugg and Hall Equipment Company is seeking a candidate with clerical experience who is highly organized and possesses strong communication skills to join our team. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956. About the position The Sales Coordinator functions as a part of the Sales Team and is responsible for managing the administrative, logistical, and post-sale coordination of equipment orders from start to finish. In this role, you will: Process equipment orders, coordinate deliveries, maintain stock/inventory records, and prepare sales documentation. Ensure customers receive their equipment as promised, with all necessary paperwork and internal systems accurately maintained. Compensation and Benefits

This position spends most of the time in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate and occasionally will work in a warehouse environment with exposure to heat and cold. This position requires sitting at a computer desk for long periods of time with constant use of a computer keyboard while reading the computer screen.
