We are currently searching for a

Order Management Specialist, Invoicing

in our

Burlington, Massachusetts

office. You will maintain relationships with customers and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of invoice handling by ensuring that customer requirements are met. The role focuses on administrative and invoicing related tasks. You will act as a key contact point for invoice related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include invoicing tasks, ensuring data accuracy across invoicing systems and channels, and collecting on past due invoices. This is a

hybrid

position.

What’s Your Role?

Responsibilities

Invoicing tasks: Create and process credit and debit invoices.

Upload invoices to customer portals.

Handle Pagero (e-invoicing) related tasks.

Resolve invoicing disputes (dispute case handling).

Assist with collecting past due invoices.

Complete vendor forms and questionnaires as required by customers for onboarding.

Active communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Maintain customer data in Salesforce.

What Will You Bring?

High school diploma and 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent time management and multi-tasking.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Maintain a positive professional attitude at all times.

Portal invoicing experience is a plus.

Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Flexible, self-motivated, take-charge attitude and ability to prioritize tasks from multiple supervisors.

Compensation and Benefits Anticipated salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 base salary

with a performance bonus plan. Salary is determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. We offer a competitive benefits package outlined below, and we will close the application process when we have a suitable number of qualified candidates.
