Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Salesperson
to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives Explain pricing, financing options, warranties, and add-on products Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Follow up with leads through phone, email, and CRM systems Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new vehicle features Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Complete required paperwork and coordinate with the finance department Maintain showroom and lot presentation standards Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Preferred Skills
