The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of Copart. The CSR offers solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience. The primary function of this role is to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations including residences, in addition to other office support functions as needed. The CSR is the face of the Company and is often the first interaction our customers have with Copart. The role may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support. Answer and place calls in a professional manner. Measured on call quality (knowledge, professionalism, time to place follow-up calls). Focus on a call resolution and using company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Obtain release of vehicles located at body shops or other locations; perform related office support tasks as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Respond via phone, chat, or email (as applicable) in a professional manner.
Aim for first-call or quick-resolution by leveraging company resources to gather information and offer solutions.
Contribute to a positive customer experience and uphold Copart practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
High School diploma
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
Excellent written and verbal skills
Proficient with office equipment
Attention to detail
Problem-solving
Computer proficiency — MS Suite
Typing speed 45 WPM
Professional appearance
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual skills a plus
Occasional overtime as needed
Pay: $18.00 - $20.29/Hour.
