R0025516As the Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Head of ETF Listings you’ll play a critical role in leading product for the ETF Listings business.
You’ll thrive in this position if you’re analytical, have a capital markets mindset and bring a passion for operations and owning product improvements in a high-impact environment.**Key Responsibilities·*** This role will support the expansion and long-term sustainability of the team through operational and technical contributions.* This individual will strengthen data and reporting tools and support issuer onboarding to ensure smooth and timely product launches.* ·They will also support the product lead in developing and implementing improvements to the ETF offering.Required Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in finance/math/computer science* 2-3 years of experience in capital markets, quantitative analysis, or trading* An understanding of capital markets or market structure* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Experience in SQL, Tableau, and PythonThis position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.**Come as You Are**Nasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
