As the Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Head of ETF Listings you’ll play a critical role in leading product for the ETF Listings business.

You’ll thrive in this position if you’re analytical, have a capital markets mindset and bring a passion for operations and owning product improvements in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

This role will support the expansion and long-term sustainability of the team through operational and technical contributions.

This individual will strengthen data and reporting tools and support issuer onboarding to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

They will also support the product lead in developing and implementing improvements to the ETF offering.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance/math/computer science

2-3 years of experience in capital markets, quantitative analysis, or trading

An understanding of capital markets or market structure

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python

This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $79,000 - $138,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
