Interior Designer | Dallas, TX We’re hiring for our client — a leading Dallas-based residential design studio known for creating soulful, story-driven interiors that reflect authenticity, comfort, and a deep sense of place. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Interior Designer who thrives in a collaborative, solutions‑oriented environment. You’ll join a team of kind, authentic professionals who combine creativity with technical expertise to deliver extraordinary design experiences. The ideal candidate is confident leading and supporting complex projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing every detail from concept to completion — while maintaining transparency, grace, and professionalism in every client interaction.
Responsibilities
Lead and support complex residential interior projects from concept to completion. Mentor junior designers and collaborate with a cross‑functional team. Manage project details, schedules, budgets, and client communications with transparency and professionalism. Work in a collaborative, solutions‑oriented environment to deliver exceptional design experiences.
Qualifications
4–7 years minimum experience Residential interior experience required Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design preferred, but not required Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills Ability to run a design project on time and on budget Strong knowledge of the design process, including specification of materials, FF&E, and project management Proficiency in AutoCAD / SketchUp, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Slack and Google Suite; Studio Designer knowledge a plus Desire and ability to work in a creative, service‑oriented environment and prioritize while managing multiple projects Resilient, able to cope with client demands and prioritize duties Team‑oriented; strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
