Technical Trainer

Weâre looking for a Training Professional who is passionate about developing engaging learning experiences and supporting organizational growth. This role will lead group instruction, develop training curricula, and design both in-person and e-learning programs to support a diverse audience.
What youâll do:
Deliver instructor-led and web-based training programs
Design and develop training curricula and materials
Coordinate and support training initiatives and documentation
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs
Assess organizational training needs and recommend solutions
What weâre looking for:
Bachelorâs degree or relevant training experience
3+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or instructional design
Experience developing and delivering training programs
Familiarity with LMS platforms and modern learning tools
Strong communication and organizational skills
