**Regional Strategic Growth Leader**The Strategic Growth Leader for the Keller Williams Southeast Region is responsible for driving agent growth, strengthening retention, and attracting top industry talent across the region.
This leader partners closely with Regional and Market Center (MC) leadership to expand the organization by recruiting high-performing agents, teams, and independent brokerages while supporting the development of strong Team Leaders and growth-focused Market Centers. The role is centered on building meaningful relationships with top agents, identifying strategic opportunities to expand, and ensuring Keller Williams remains the destination of choice for productive agents.
Location: Must live in Region territory, remote possibility, heavy region & territory visits Reports to: Regional Director Structure & Comp: Base range $130K-$150K base paid in monthly installments Quarterly performance bonus tied to driving results (ie, agent count, royalty & merger influence) Independent Contractor (No taxes withheld)**Key Functions:**
● Recruiting mega agents, teams, and independent brokerages
● Strengthening relationships & consulting with the region’s top producers
● Supporting MC leadership in retention and growth strategy
● Expanding agent count and royalty growth

● Retention of top agents**Key Responsibilities:**Strategic Recruiting & Talent Attraction
● Build & implement recruiting plans targeting competitors
● Maintain Southeast Regional mega and indie pipeline
● Conduct weekly recruiting appointments using KW tools, technology and models
● Conduct independent brokerage needs analysis meetings, develop transition strategies
● Host regional recruiting events and masterminds
● Maintain understanding of competitor advantages and industry landscape
● Drive recruit attendance at KW Education events, Family Reunion & Mega CampTop Agent Retention
● Work with RD to build and develop pipeline of TL talent in the region
● Work with RD to deliver quarterly trainings and smart plan for Southeast Region top agent mastermind group
● Personally engage top agents through consultative conversations
● Build relationships with top 100 agents
● Develop risk mitigation for value drift or attritionLeadership Development
● Delivery monthly team leader training and development
● Collaborate with MC leadership to convert recruits
● Ensure each TL/MC has an active recruiting pipeline, and actively working it
● Provide recruiting scripts and systems to MC Leadership
● Co-facilitate regional training and development for leaders and agent at MCs & events
● Support OP’s in the hiring and onboarding of new Team Leaders
● Complete weekly 411 to prioritize and highlight weekly/monthly/annual goalCommunications/Interactions:
● Regional Leadership – Daily
● Market Center Leadership – Weekly
● Regional Meetings – Quarterly
● KWRI Meetings- Weekly calls, quarterly meetings + Family Reunion & Mega Camp
