| Location: Irvine, CA BSH Home Appliances Corporation seeks a Sr. Key Account Manager PCP at its facility located in Irvine. Create effective sales strategies for online and offline channels to drive growth, market share, and profitability for BSH's consumer products and assigned accounts. Build strong cross-functional partnerships with category managers and other teams to translate goals into actionable sales targets for key accounts.

Define specific, measurable objectives to assess sales effectiveness and continuously track performance.

Collaborate with category management, marketing, and enabler teams (e.g., supply chain) to validate sales strategies.

Lead the implementation of sales strategies across assigned accounts and onboard strategic new customers, channels, and products.

Lead onboarding by building cross-functional relationships and ensuring successful integration of new customers and products.

Responsibilities

Develop tailored sales strategies for each account, including pricing structures, promotional activities, product portfolio management, and content/advertising initiatives.

Conduct strategic negotiations with large-scale accounts to secure favorable margins and targets while maintaining strong partnerships.

Manage contract creation and oversee fulfillment and supply chain processes to align with standards and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Sustain and enhance relationships with critical key accounts and serve as primary strategic liaison and point of contact.

Lead negotiations for annual agreements/terms and oversee the launch of new products in assigned accounts and channels.

Develop and monitor strategies (e.g., promotional strategy) and budgets (e.g., promo funding, RCCs) to optimize performance.

Track and analyze KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion, ROI, margin) and leverage insights to optimize strategies.

Steer cross-functional projects to ensure account-specific requirements are met; encourage innovative strategic planning.

Oversee account-specific P&L for marketing costs and promotional budgets; identify best practices to improve execution.

Proactively identify opportunities for additional sales through existing and new accounts; exchange insights with global and local teams to boost US growth.

Develop presentations to update executive management on account performance.

Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues; ensure efficient order, supply-chain, and return management.

Manage the collaborative forecasting process for all product categories and resolve product availability issues with planning and product marketing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in International Studies, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

7 years of experience as a District Sales Manager, National Account Manager, or related role involving sales, marketing, and negotiating within the home appliance industry.

Experience establishing new businesses within the Small Domestic Appliance industry in the North American market.

Experience managing key accounts that operate in both the U.S. and Canada, enabling tailored solutions for regional demands.

Experience driving collaboration and strategic alignment across diverse divisions and countries within a multinational home appliance company.

Experience creating presentations for executive leadership using Power BI or similar analytical tools to deliver actionable insights.

Experience analyzing data to validate pricing for assigned accounts in the small domestic appliance industry.

Travel Requirements: 30% (domestic travel).

Wage range: $186,368.00 - $193,348.00.
