CA BSH Home Appliances Corporation seeks Sr. Key Account Manager PCP at its facility located at 1901 Main Street, Suite 600, Irvine, CA 92614. Create effective sales strategies for online and offline channels to drive growth, market share, and profitability for BSH's consumer products and assigned accounts. Collaborate closely with category managers to translate overall category goals into clear, actionable sales targets for key accounts. Define specific, measurable objectives to assess sales effectiveness. Work closely with category management, marketing, and key enabler teams (e.g., supply chain) to validate sales strategies. Continuously track sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies based on insights and market feedback. Lead the implementation of sales strategies across assigned accounts. Onboard and establish strategic new customers and channels as well as new products. Take the lead in the onboarding process by building strong cross-functional relationships and ensuring successful integration of new customers and products. Lead the formulation of tailored sales strategies for each account, including pricing structures, promotional activities, product portfolio management, and the development of content and advertising initiatives. Conduct strategic negotiations with large-scale accounts to secure favorable margins and sales targets while maintaining strong partnerships and maximizing mutual value. Manage contract creation and oversee fulfillment and supply chain processes, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and high customer satisfaction. Strengthen relationships with existing large-scale customers and channels Sustain and enhance relationships with critical key accounts, serving as the primary strategic liaison and point of contact. Lead negotiations for annual agreements/ terms. Oversee the launch of new products in assigned accounts and new channels, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and monitor strategies (e.g., promotional strategy) and budgets (e.g., promo funding, RCCs) for accounts, adjusting as necessary to optimize performance. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and margin development, leveraging insights to optimize strategies. Steer cross-functional projects to continuously ensure that account specific requirements are met. Encourage and role model innovative approaches to strategic planning that enhance product offerings and customer engagement, increasing BSH's turnover. Oversee account-specific P&L (e.g., for marketing costs, promotional budgets). Identify and implement best practices from both local and global teams to improve strategy execution. Proactively identify and act on opportunities for additional sales through existing and new accounts. Exchange insights and best practices with global and local Bosch/ BSH divisions and countries to boost operational effectiveness and growth in the U.S. market. Develop presentations to update executive management on account performance. Ensure efficient order-, supply-chain & return-management. Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues. Manage the collaborative forecasting process for all product categories. Review and resolve product availability issues with the planning and product marketing teams. Wage range: $186,368.00-$193,348. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in International Studies, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field and 7 years of experience as a District Sales Manager, National Account Manager or occupation involving sales, marketing, and negotiating within the home appliance industry. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Establishing new businesses within the Small Domestic Appliance industry in the North American market; (2) Customer needs and market dynamics in the North American Home appliance industry while successfully managing key accounts that operate in both the U.S. and Canada, enabling tailored solutions to meet regional demands; (3) Driving collaboration and strategic alignment across diverse divisions and countries within a multi-billion-dollar home appliance company; (4) Creating presentations for executive leadership using Power BI and other analytical tools to deliver actionable insights; and (5) Analyzing data (validating pricing for assigned accounts) within small domestic appliance industry.
