Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging enterprise-level training programs. This is a unique opportunity to join an organization that is establishing its first dedicated Instructional Design role, focused on creating high-quality learning content that supports corporate training and development initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in learning design, eLearning development, and train-the-trainer programs, along with hands-on experience using modern instructional design tools. Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging eLearning modules, training materials, tutorials, and coaching resources for enterprise-wide learning initiatives. Create virtual training programs, instructor-led content, and coaching session materials for internal teams. Partner with corporate leaders, subject matter experts, and training stakeholders to design impactful learning experiences. Lead instructional design strategy and ensure training content aligns with adult learning principles and business goals. Support and develop train-the-trainer programs to enable internal facilitators. Utilize modern design tools to build interactive learning content, videos, and multimedia training materials. Collaborate with the Learning & Management Systems Administrator who supports presentation creation and technical implementation. Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in Instructional Design Proven experience designing corporate training programs and enterprise learning content Strong background developing eLearning, virtual training, and coaching materials Experience creating train-the-trainer programs Excellent collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts Compensation and Benefits
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
