This role serves as a key member of the Human Resources leadership team and partners closely with executive leadership, clinical leaders, and HR colleagues to strengthen accountability, compliance, engagement, and workforce stability.The Senior Director exercises significant independentjudgment in managing high-risk workforce matters andis responsible forthe design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of a formal, enterprise leadership development program. This role ensures adherence to healthcare employment laws and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of trust, consistency, and high performance across clinical and non-clinical environments.The ideal candidate is a trustedleader andadvisor with deep experience in healthcare employee relations,performance management, and leadership development, and is skilled at navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-pressure situations with sound judgment and discretion. EXPERIENCE: 10+ years progressive HR or healthcare leadership experience, including responsibility for employee relations, investigations,leadercoaching, and culture-building.Provenability to navigate complex and sensitive workplace situations in a dynamic, high-pressure environment with discretion and sound judgment. SPECIAL SKILLS: Experienceworking within a healthcare environment (hospital system, multi-site healthcare network, or large medical group). Demonstratedexperience conducting and overseeing complex, high-level workplace investigations.Strongworking knowledge of employment law and healthcare regulatory requirements. Demonstratedexperience leading and developing teams. OTHER: Clinicalhealthcare background.
