Job Description:
The Microsoft Dynamics Architect will design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support healthcare payer operations and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on architecting CRM ecosystems, integrating enterprise platforms, and building unified customer engagement systems. The architect will collaborate with business and technology leaders to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with organizational strategy. Requirement/Must Have:
Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 including Sales, Service, and Customer Insights. Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex multi-CRM environments. Strong experience with Dataverse data integrations and real-time data integration approaches. Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Integration Services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Data Factory. Experience integrating customer engagement platforms with enterprise communication systems. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD processes, and environment governance. Strong experience working in Agile or Safe-Agile development environments. Understanding of healthcare payer systems and processes including claims, utilization management, care management, and provider data. Experience:
Experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise environments. Experience integrating CRM platforms with enterprise systems and data platforms. Experience designing customer data ecosystems and unified data environments for analytics and engagement. Experience building automation and analytics solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Experience designing data integrations using APIs and cloud integration services. Experience ensuring security, compliance, and governance across enterprise platforms. Responsibilities:
Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Customer Insights solutions. Lead architecture design and integration across CRM systems, data platforms, and enterprise applications. Develop unified customer engagement and analytics solutions using cloud-based integration services. Build data integration frameworks using Dataverse and enterprise integration platforms. Design and implement automation and analytics capabilities using Microsoft Power Platform tools. Ensure strong governance, compliance, and DevOps best practices across environments. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align CRM solutions with business strategy and digital transformation goals. Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to implementation teams. Support enterprise integration initiatives and ensure scalable, high-performance solutions. Skills:
