Account Service Specialist
As an Account Service Specialist, youll be the vital link between our customers, sales team, and production staffensuring projects move smoothly from order to delivery. Youll manage customer accounts, prepare and process job specifications, and help guarantee that every product meets expectations for quality, timing, and cost. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as the main communication hub between customers, sales, and internal teams. Prepare and communicate job bag requirements and customer information to production and quality teams. Enter and maintain job workorder, specification sheets, and releases in the ERP system. Manage customer inventories, raw materials, WIP, and receivables. Maintain and organize customer assets (samples, files, structures, etc.). Assemble job bags with work order and customer assets. Assist with new product introductions and business meetings. Facilitate resolution of product complaints and serve as liaison between customers and manufacturing. Support graphics and structure approvals when needed. Partner with Accounts Receivable to research and resolve payment issues. Arrange logistics for customer shipments, including carrier coordination and pallet counts. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate, retrievable records. Additional Duties: Provide clarification and insight into customer expectations. Visit customer locations as required. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Associate degree required; bachelors degree preferredor equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in folding carton, printing, or manufacturing customer service preferred. Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9:00am 5:00pm
