Ryan Companies is hiring for a Total Rewards Specialist in our Minneapolis HQ! Our Total Rewards Specialist will help with the implementation and delivery of our Benefits, Wellness and Recognition processes and programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented and is passionate about making a company-wide impact and being a trusted resource for others. Some things you can expect to do: Benefits & Wellness Program Administration Compensation & Payroll Support Communication & Continuous Improvement To be successful in this role you will need: 2+ years of experience working in Human Resources, with direct experience in benefits administration. Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field is preferred. Experience working with HR and Payroll systems (Workday preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex topics with clarity and empathy. Ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. Able to work independently with general supervision. Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Identify opportunities to improve processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency across leave and wellness programs. Flexible, adaptable, collaborative, and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Compensation: The hourly rate is $32.00-42.00. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include overtime, commission and/or an incentive program. The base salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
