About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Sales for North America to spearhead the expansion of its B2B SaaS business. This pivotal role involves building and leading the U.S. outbound and field sales organization, with a focus on establishing a high-performing revenue engine, driving net-new ARR, and scaling the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of revenue leadership, including owning revenue performance, driving predictable pipeline generation, and setting and managing team targets. As a foundational leader, the VP of Sales will also be tasked with fostering a high-performance culture, recruiting and mentoring a sales team, and executing a repeatable, high-performing outbound sales strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned VP or Head of Sales with a proven track record in SaaS sales, particularly in the retail vertical. They should be adept at recruiting, mentoring, and managing sales teams, and have a deep understanding of SaaS metrics. The role requires a hands-on, self-starter with a scrappy, resourceful mindset, capable of scaling teams and processes quickly. The VP of Sales will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align go-to-market strategy and provide market insights for product and growth decisions.
