About the Role

The Vice President, Sales (North America) will be responsible for leading and executing the North American sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market presence and build a high-performing commercial organization across the United States and broader region. The role will oversee sales operations including pipeline development, forecasting accuracy and performance management, while establishing scalable processes and data-driven methodologies to optimize results. The Vice President will lead, mentor and grow a sales team, build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners, and collaborate closely with marketing, product and operations teams to align go-to-market strategies and deliver consistent customer value and commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior sales leadership experience, typically with 10-15+ years in B2B or enterprise sales environments, including a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and scaling teams across North America. They will demonstrate strong strategic and analytical capabilities, experience managing large pipelines and complex sales cycles, and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, deep commercial acumen and experience collaborating cross-functionally to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
