About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America to take on a pivotal role in leading the region's P&L with a strong commercial focus. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L accountability, developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, and driving strategic growth in the North American market. This includes identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities across various sectors such as commercial, residential, and transport. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in P&L ownership, the ability to deliver ambitious revenue and margin growth targets, and a deep understanding of the sales process, from forecasting to KPI delivery. The Vice President will also be the face of the organization in the US, ensuring brand integrity and alignment with global strategy, and will be expected to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales North America position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and commercial leadership, particularly in the sale of tangible products into the specified markets, is required. Experience in textiles, furniture, or related industries is highly preferred. The role calls for a candidate with strong executive presence, high integrity, and professionalism, as well as a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and financial skills are essential, along with the ability to travel extensively.
