About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a pivotal role in leading the national sales strategy and driving revenue growth across key healthcare channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a national sales organization, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare customers. This high-impact leadership position demands a hands-on approach, with a focus on establishing clear performance metrics, coaching sales leaders, and building a culture of accountability and growth. The role also involves partnering with executive leadership on pricing strategies, growth initiatives, and go-to-market planning.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales role at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience, particularly within pharmaceutical distribution or wholesale generics, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multi-regional or national sales teams, a strong background in contract negotiation and key account management, and a deep understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical distribution model and regulatory environment. Experience in retail pharmacies, hospitals, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare channels is highly valued.
