About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing private equity backed healthcare services company is seeking a Vice President of Growth to architect and lead the next phase of national expansion.

This is a newly created leadership role designed for a commercially minded executive who can build a disciplined, scalable acquisition engine while also leading from the front in the field.

The organization has strong product market fit and serves thousands of healthcare facilities nationwide. The next phase of growth requires a leader who can move the sales function from individual execution to a repeatable, predictable commercial engine.

This role offers the opportunity to design the growth strategy, build the systems, and scale a national revenue platform.

The VP of Growth will be responsible for building the commercial infrastructure required to drive approximately 30 percent year over year revenue growth while expanding the company’s presence across healthcare facilities nationwide.

What You Will Do

Build the Growth Engine

  • Segment healthcare markets and develop targeted go to market strategies
  • Identify white space opportunity across healthcare verticals
  • Design scalable commercial systems and playbooks

Lead and Elevate the Sales Team

  • Lead a remote team of territory sales professionals
  • Establish disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
  • Install measurable activity metrics and accountability
  • Coach and support field execution

Drive Market Expansion

  • Travel nationally to support enterprise sales opportunities
  • Participate in key customer meetings and industry events
  • Improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles
  • Increase revenue per account through stronger commercial strategy

Build the Infrastructure for Scale

  • Implement disciplined CRM reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Align marketing and demand generation with growth strategy
  • Build systems that support long term national expansion

Ideal Background

This role is ideal for a growth minded operator who has built or scaled B2B acquisition engines , not simply managed an existing sales team.

Strong candidates may come from industries such as:

  • Medical distribution
  • Uniform and apparel services
  • Workplace services or benefits platforms
  • Facility services sold into healthcare

Experience selling into skilled nursing, hospitals, senior living, or healthcare systems is highly attractive.

Candidates should bring

  • Experience leading remote B2B sales teams
  • Strong quantitative understanding of pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Ability to build scalable commercial processes
  • Comfort operating in a growth environment with aggressive targets
  • A hands on leadership style combining strategy and field execution

Within the first 12 months, this leader will:

Location

Hybrid with preference for candidates located in Chicago or the Midwest .

Compensation

Competitive base salary with meaningful performance incentives tied to revenue growth and account acquisition.
