About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead brand strategy and awareness for its two women's fashion labels. This role is pivotal in leading U.S. marketing efforts across various channels, including digital, wholesale, retail, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness through PR, influencer partnerships, and social campaigns, as well as planning and executing seasonal marketing initiatives and product launches. Collaboration with global brand and creative teams, managing agencies and marketing vendors, and supporting wholesale partners with marketing initiatives are also key aspects of the position. The Head of Marketing will be expected to track marketing performance, optimize campaigns based on data, and manage the marketing budget and reporting.
Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of marketing experience within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands, with a strong background in PR, brand marketing, and influencer strategy.
