Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, client-ready communication materials such as talking points, press releases, fact sheets, and website content.
  • Ensure messaging resonates with the client's brand voice and consistently engages target audiences.
  • Monitor community engagement and key activities through organized spreadsheets and deliverables.
  • Present updates during client calls and team meetings.
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose effective solutions to ensure the success of communication programs.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in communications or management consulting is required.
  • Preferred experience at a public relations, corporate communications, or public affairs agency, or a relevant in-house position.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills are crucial.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $90,000, depending on an individual's experience, education, and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, Keadjian Associates offers a discretionary bonus program, a 401(k) plan with company contributions, and comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, covering 100% of employee premiums for medical plans.
