Job Title: CRM Functional Consultant

Location: Dallas Fort Worth, TX

Duration: Long Term Contract.

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead a comprehensive

CRM Assessment & Consolidation initiative . This role requires a senior-level professional who can partner closely with executive stakeholders to evaluate current CRM usage across the organization, guide strategic planning, and help leadership align on a unified CRM strategy.

This position focuses solely on

assessment, planning, and visioning . Any actual CRM consolidation or implementation work will occur in a separate phase. The ideal candidate will be

CRM-agnostic

and skilled at evaluating multiple platforms objectively.

Key Responsibilities Engage with senior business leaders to understand how various teams use

multiple CRM platforms

across the organization. Conduct a thorough

current-state assessment , including processes, data flows, pain points, redundancies, and overlapping functionality across approximately five CRM systems. Facilitate

visioning and planning sessions

with leadership to define future-state needs, capabilities, and business outcomes. Develop and present consolidation options for reducing to

a single CRM or a smaller number of platforms , including risks, benefits, complexity, and organizational impact. Drive alignment with leadership on

required business process changes

and ensure clarity on dependencies and implications. Produce an actionable roadmap covering

priorities, timeline, resource requirements, and change management considerations . Deliver clear, executive-ready findings and recommendations to support informed decision-making for future phases. Required Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience leading

enterprise-level CRM assessments

or consolidation planning efforts. Strong facilitation and communication skills, including experience working with

executive and senior leadership teams . Broad understanding of CRM capabilities across sales, marketing, service, and customer engagement functions. Ability to remain

CRM-agnostic , objectively analyzing multiple platforms and advising based on business need rather than specific technology preference. Proven ability to lead organizations through

business process change, stakeholder alignment, and strategic planning . Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially for executive audiences.
